Well, I'm a local Austinite who knows every inch of this awesome blossoming metropolis! I'm not a Houston or Dallas transplant. I actually grew up on the UT campus (literally). Sounds weird but my parents met at the student union bowling alley... How's that for romance! Like many couples of that generation, divorce was commonplace and I was raised by my single overworked underpaid mom - so I had to bust my butt for everything I ever had. After my mom's passing, I did some soul searching and started surrounding myself with good, stable Austin real estate. I'm still working hard, but now my money works for ME!
